Terms of Service

Eventlon is a platform that helps people discover endurance sports events. Event information is supplied by event organizers and other third parties, and we do not guarantee that all details (dates, prices, availability) are accurate. Always confirm the details with the organizer before relying on them.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact us right away.

You agree to use Eventlon respectfully and lawfully. You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service; scrape or harvest content at scale; upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization; or use Eventlon for any illegal purpose.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of content you submit to Eventlon (such as event details, photos, and organizer profile copy). By submitting content, you grant Eventlon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload.

Eventlon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that event information will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventlon and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Eventlon is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You may stop using Eventlon at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Disclaimers and Limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, provide additional notice. Continued use of Eventlon after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
